The following waiver is designed to safeguard both BJCE Ltd and our clients from damage to property during the course of snow removal services.

During the course of providing snow removal services, BJCE Ltd will not be responsible for any damage to driveways, expansion joints, walks, and other paved surfaces due to salt/sand materials, or equipment. The Contractor is not responsible for cosmetic scrapes on driveways, parking surfaces, or sidewalks, or damage to concrete or paved surfaces at or near expansion joints whether due to freezing/thawing effects, or otherwise.

The Contractor will not be responsible for damage to objects (e.g. planters, statues, etc.) or any other property left in, or within a 10’ radius of the snow plow area. The Contractor shall not be responsible for damage to turf or plant materials or trees within, or around the periphery of the snow plow areas.

With this in mind we recommend you move and regularly flag anything in or around the service area to avoid damage from banked snow, and the periodic 'push' of banked snow necessary to maintain that snow plow area. /p>

The Client acknowledges that snow removal services will not be performed closer than 3' to any parked vehicles or equipment, and the Client will be responsible for moving any vehicles or equipment that are within the snow plow area to enable snow removal services to be performed.
